Man, 38, fatally wounded Thursday evening inside Logan Square bar

A 38-year-old man was pronounced dead after being shot multiple times inside a bar in the Logan Square neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Shortly after 7:45 p.m. Thursday, the victim was inside a bar in the 4000 block of West Fullerton Avenue when someone opened fire before fleeing the scene, police said.

A man who suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No one else was injured during the shooting, and no one was in custody. Detectives are investigating.
