Naperville Police Arrests for Jan. 4-6

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 40-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a revoked license at 8:38 p.m. Jan. 4 at Fairway Drive and Country Lakes Drive.
  • A 25-year-old man from Hazel Crest was arrested on a charge of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 9:24 p.m. Jan. 4 at Royal Worlington Drive and South Route 59.
  • A 24-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis by a passenger at 9:27 p.m. Jan. 4 at Royal Worlington Drive and South Route 59.
  • A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis by a passenger at 9:28 p.m. Jan. 4 at Royal Worlington Drive and South Route 59.
  • A 49-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery at 12:05 a.m. Jan. 5 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue in Joliet.
  • A 28-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested on two warrants and on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license or permit at 12:48 a.m. Jan. 5 at Aurora Avenue and South Washington Street.
  • A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 5 at South Washington Street and East Chicago Avenue.
  • A 24-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions/failure to reduce speed and driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:09 p.m. Jan. 5 at Raymond Drive and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 27-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on five charges of theft over $500 and three charges of forgery at 12 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 2700 block of South California Avenue in Chicago.
