Naperville Police Arrests for Jan. 6-8

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 32-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding 35 mph over the limit, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without insurance, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 1000 block of Terrace Lake Drive in Aurora.
  • A 54-year-old man from Oswego was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended or revoked license at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 7 at New York Street and Eola Road.
  • A 34-year-old man from Rockford was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:53 p.m. Jan. 7 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
  • A 46-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:12 p.m. Jan. 7 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
  • A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 8 at South Washington Street and East Bailey Road.
  • A 44-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of making a false fire alarm at 11:51 a.m. Jan. 8 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • A 48-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at Plank Road and Tuthill Road.
  • A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two charges of not using his turn signal and driving with a revoked license at 9:36 p.m. Jan. 8 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
