The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 25-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on two warrants and on charges of battery, obstructing identification and resisting or obstructing a peace officer, battery at 2:10 a.m. Jan. 14 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant on a charge of aggravated battery/peace officer at 4:34 a.m. Jan. 14 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 11:03 a.m. Jan. 14 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 35-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended or revoked license or permit, illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver and operating windshield wipers without headlights on when conditions require use at 5:36 p.m. Jan. 14 at Fort Hill Drive and West 75th Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of armed violence, manufacturing a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance at 6:22 p.m. Jan. 14 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 29-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on three warrants at 7:19 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 28200 block of West Diehl Road, Warrenville.
- A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and improper lane usage at 6:58 a.m. Jan. 15 at Muirhead Avenue and Wehrli Road.
- A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of obstructing identification and possession of cannabis by a passenger at 8:52 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
