The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 69-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:50 p.m. Jan. 16 at Freedom Drive and Independence Avenue.
- A 24-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of burglary and retail theft at 7:14 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 500 block of South Route 59.
- A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at midnight Jan. 16 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 45-year-old man from Scottsdale, Arizona, was arrested on a charge of battery at 1:23 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 1800 block of North Naper Boulevard.
- A 52-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two warrants and on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license or permit and driving without insurance at 6:52 p.m. Jan. 17 at Rickert Drive and South Whispering Hills Drive.
- A 22-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of failure to remain at the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and failure to yield from a private road or drive at 8:44 p.m. Jan. 17 at Valley Drive and West Ogden Avenue.
- A 26-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding, improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 18 at Forest Hill Drive and West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 47-year-old man from Columbia Station, Ohio, was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:25 a.m. Jan. 18 in the Bruce Drive and Glenoban Drive. the 600 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 33-year-old woman from Lake in the Hills was arrested on a warrant at 8:48 a.m. Jan. 18 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 28-year-old woman from Berwyn was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license or permit, obstructing identification and driving while registration suspended for not having insurance at 1:44 p.m. Jan. 18 at East Ogden Avenue and Vest Avenue.
