Court documents: Crown Point man charged with rape

A Crown Point man was charged Tuesday with rape after a woman alleged he had sex with her without her consent.

Michael Narcisi, 29, posted a $6,000 cash bond Wednesday.

The victim told police she met a man at a Crown Point bar. He texted her later around 2 a.m. to come to his friend Narcisi’s house.

A few people were there, including Narcisi, his girlfriend, and the man from the bar. They drank.

She and the man from the bar briefly had sex. After she went to sleep, she woke up to someone having sex with her, before realizing it was Narcisi, the affidavit alleges.

Narcisi later denied raping the woman to police. The allegations were reported March 11, according to online court records.

A rape kit came back with Narcisi’s DNA, the affidavit states.
