The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 33-year-old man from St. Charles was arrested on charges of loud excessive noise caused by a muffler or lack thereof, improper lighting and driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:11 p.m. Feb. 15 at Raymond Drive and West Diehl Road.
- A 23-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving too fast for conditions at 2:27 a.m. Feb. 16 at South Washington Street and Ring Road.
- A 19-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding, driving on a suspended license, driving with one headlight and driving without insurance at 9:56 Feb. 16 at Hassert Boulevard and South Naperville Plainfield road.
- A 28-year-old woman from St. Charles was arrested on two counts of improper lane usage and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:19 p.m. Feb. 16 at North Aurora Road and North Route 59.
- An 18-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of street racing, speeding 35 miles over the limit and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 11:33 p.m. Feb. 16 at Route 59 and West 87th Street.
- A 28-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:35 a.m. Feb. 17 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
- A 30-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, stopping, parking or standing on a roadway, and driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:42 a.m. Feb. 17 at West 75th Street and Olympus Drive.
- A 47-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated battery, speeding 35 mph over the limit, possession of cannabis in a vehicle outside approved container and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver at 7:36 p.m. Feb. 17 at Dana Court and Benedetti Drive.
