Letters to the Editor: Northbrook District 30 candidates

Northbrook D30 candidates

After a thorough evaluation, the Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 School Board Caucus endorses a slate of three candidates: Stephanie Yohannan (incumbent), Jeff Zuercher (incumbent) and Adan Galvan, to serve on the District 30 School Board. If elected, the candidates will serve on the Board for a four-year term, expiring in April 2029.

The District 30 School Board Caucus is a committee of District 30 residents that includes members with children enrolled in Willowbrook, Wescott and Maple schools, along with members who live in the district but do not have children enrolled in district schools. The Caucus’ role is to source, screen and endorse potential school board candidates. To be considered for endorsement by the Caucus, candidates needed to complete a detailed application and participate in an interview. We thank all the candidates for their interest in serving the school community.

The school board election will be held April 1, 2025. Early voting is available from March 17-31 and voting-by-mail options are available.
