Wheat for May gained 8.50 cents at $7.6425 a bushel; May corn rose 6.25 cents at 7.5950 a bushel, May oats was up 2.50 cents at $4.0925 a bushel; while May soybeans advanced 23.50 cents at $16.0550 cents a bushel. Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Jun. live cattle rose 1.05 cents at $1.1547 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 1 cent at $1.3047 a pound; while May lean hogs was up .03 cent at $1.1140 a pound.
