The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 33-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal when changing lanes, disregarding a traffic control light, improper lane usage and driving without insurance at 9:29 p.m. May 10 at Aurora Avenue and Devonshire Court.
- A 24-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of improper turn at an intersection, driving with expired license plates and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:26 a.m. May 11 at West Ogden Avenue and South Route 59.
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of disobeying a stop sign, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license at 11:19 a.m. May 11 at Vermont Court and West Gartner Road.
- An 18-year-old man from Lombard was arrested on charges of retail theft and resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 3:14 p.m. May 11 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 24-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates, obstructing identification, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license at 9:38 p.m. May 11 at Iroquois Avenue and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on one count of battery, two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 10:31 p.m. May 11 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 12:46 a.m. May 11 in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue.
- A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates, possession of adult use cannabis in motor vehicle outside approved container and driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound at 1:09 a.m. May 11 at Frontenac Road and West Diehl Road.
- A 56-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 1:36 a.m. May 11 at Diehl Road and Frontenac Road.
