Naperville Police Arrests for May 29-30

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to a vehicle at 1:01 p.m. May 29 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 28-year-old man from Bellwood was arrested on charges of aggravated assault/threaten with a motor vehicle, possession of a knife or club with intent to use and aggravated assault at 1:19 p.m. May 29 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 45-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct at 3:05 p.m. May 29 in the 500 block of North River Road.
  • A 35-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 4:48 p.m. May 29 at South Route 59 and Aurora Avenue.
  • A 31-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 8:35 p.m. May 19 at South Route 59 and 111th Street.
  • A 39-year-old man from Crest Hill was arrested on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in a motor vehicle, possession or use of a firearm by a felon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and battery at 9:31 p.m. May 29 in the 700 block of Inland Circle.
  • A 35-year-old man from Burbank was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 1:09 p.m. May 30 at North Naper Boulevard and Interstate 88.
  • A 39-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:24 p.m. May 30 at North Naper Boulevard and Interstate 88.
  • A 43-year-old man from Schiller Park was arrested on three warrants and on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing identification at 1:24 p.m. may 30 at North Naper Boulevard and Interstate 88.
  • A 22-year-old man from Mantes-la-Jolie, France, was arrested on charges of identity theft exceeding $300 but not exceeding $2,000 and unlawful possession of another’s identification card at 6:52 p.m. May 30 in the 100 block of 4th Avenue.
