Roxann Kerner, 47, of the 2100 block of Kelle Drive, Chesterton, reportedly used an email address police tracked back to her to send about five anonymous tips to the Porter County Sheriff’s Department tip line, at least one of which pinned the crime on a friend of her son’s, according to court documents.
