The new ownership of Algonquin Commons has plans for a new entertainment area and new tenants for the currently quarter-vacant outdoor shopping center. California-based Red Mountain Group Inc. plans to invest about $30 million for Algonquin Commons’ redevelopment, through renovation and re-tenanting, the village of Algonquin announced last month.
