Fritzie Fritzshall, president of the Illinois Holocaust Museum, died Saturday at the age of 91. The Buffalo Grove resident devoted her life to combating the type of hatred and prejudice she experienced more than 75 years ago at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.
