Additional charges have been levied against a registered child sexual predator from Antioch Township who earlier this year was apprehended by undercover detectives posing as 12-year-old girls from New York and Virginia. Steven S. Tipman, 31, of the 39400 block of North Oak Avenue, was indicted by a Lake County grand jury this week on six counts of child pornography possession.
