CHICAGO (AP) – Grain futures were mostly lower on Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Sep. lost 12.75 cents at $6.8550 a bushel; Sep. corn was up 1.50 cents at $4.9725 a bushel; Sep. oats was off 2 cents at $4.93 a bushel; while Sep. soybeans fell 2.25 cents at $12.6725 a bushel. Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle was up .20 cents at $1.2387 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle rose .33 cent at $1.5680 a pound; Oct. lean hogs was off .22 cent at $.8855 a pound.
