A class of 20 veterans had reason to celebrate Wednesday night when they graduated from the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Veterans Back to Work Boot Camp. “It has changed me for the better,” said Marine veteran Cody Shephard of Wheeling.
