CHICAGO (AP) – Grain futures were mixed on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Dec. rose 9.75 cents at $7.96 a bushel; Dec. corn was up .50 cent at $5.8125 a bushel; Mar. oats gained 11 cents at $7.30 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans dropped 6 cents at $12.53 a bushel. Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dec. live cattle was up .40 cent at $1.3807 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle rose .55 cent at $1.6472 a pound; Dec. lean hogs lost 1.50 cents at $.7145 a pound.
