An arcade stocked with video games from the 1980s and ’90s like Pac-Man, Centipede and Galaga has opened in Wheeling. Instead of gobbling patrons’ quarters, all the games are set to free play. A $20 entry fee allows customers to enjoy unlimited games for one day.
