After falling behind by 19 points in a miserable first quarter, the Bulls flipped some sort of switch and rallied to post a stunning 120-102 victory over Boston on Monday at the United Center. Nikola Vucevic pulled in 23 rebounds, while DeMar Derozan scored 25 points.
