A Chicago woman who in 2019 was forced to stand handcuffed and unclothed in her home after police officers raided the wrong residence harshly criticized Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the city’s law department for what she said was a lack of progress in both her lawsuit and reforms to the Police Department.
