For the first time in the NFL draft, two former Illinois high school football players were selected in the first round of the NFL draft. Maine South’s Peter Skoronski was selected with 11th pick by the Tennessee Titans Thursday night at the NFL draft in Kansas City. Just a few minutes later Lukas Van Ness of Barrington was selected with the 13th pick by the Green Bay Packers.
