After 28 years, the Aguirre family is closing Bella Notte Riostorante, 1374 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, and moving operations to Downers Grove. Ramon Aguirre, who owns the restaurant with his brother, Victor, and father, Ramon Sr., cite crime and city bureaucracy for the move.
