Miami Martinez provides a boost after returning from an injury, scoring 15 points to help the Giants beat Niles West and secure the CSL North title.

Maron Bowes is averaging 6.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals in her past nine games, and Carmel has won seven of them.

Senior center Madison Sears averages 10.0 points on 49% shooting and 10.0 rebounds as North Suburban Conference champion Libertyville, which has won 19 of its past 20 games, beats Glenbrook South, Waukegan, New Trier and Maine South.
