Bond has been set to $2,500 for a Des Plaines man facing two misdemeanor weapons counts, officials said Friday. Police stopped a vehicle driven by Eduardo Hernandez, 19, near Oakton and Badger streets, just before midnight Feb. 1, according to a news release from the Mount Prospect Police Department.
