Two teenage boys were both accused of shooting a 19-year-old woman during a January armed robbery in the Bronzeville neighborhood, Chicago police said.
The teenage boys were both charged as juveniles in a robbery of a woman that happened Jan. 15 in the 800 block of East 46th Street. Police said the boys shot the victim after taking the woman’s property.
One of the boys was charged with first-degree attempt murder, robbery with a firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon while using a vehicle. The other boy was charged with attempt first-degree murder and armed robbery, police said.
The teenage boys were arrested Wednesday in the 300 block of East Garfield Boulevard.
