Burglars take empty register overnight at Bridgeport restaurant, cops say

Three burglars kicked in the side door of a restaurant overnight and made off with an empty cash register, Chicago police said.

About 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, three males kicked in a side door of a restaurant in the 2600 block of Wallace Street and stole an empty cash register in the Bridgeport neighborhood.

No one was in custody for the burglary and detectives were investigating.
