Officers responded to a call of someone in the street Tuesday night in the Andersonville neighborhood and discovered two men wounded, one fatally, Chicago police said. Shortly before 9:15 p.m., officers called out to a person in the street in the 5400 block of North Ashland Avenue and found a 26-yer-old man with gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder.
