The 60 players who survived one of the most wind-blown, grueling days at the Masters were greeted by an Augusta National that appeared to be far more agreeable on Saturday. Yet scoring was still difficult as players were instead greeted by firm, slick greens and some tricky hole locations. Tiger Woods, who had been putting well all week, went bogey-double-double during a three-hole stretch on the first nine Saturday and fell out of contention. Scottie Scheffler shared the lead coming into the day with Bryson DeChambeau and Max Homa at 6-under. The world No. 1 promptly birdied the first hole to take the lead solo.
