Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Monday said President Donald Trump’s actions last week incited the mob attack on the U.S. Capitol and constituted a crime. But the first-term Democratic mayor and frequent Trump adversary also expressed concerns about a second impeachment effort because the process wouldn’t end before his term expires on Jan. 20 and President-elect Joe Biden is sworn in.
