Saint Maria Goretti Parish: 500 Northgate Dr. — Saint Maria Goretti Parish will have a 5K Food Pantry Run/Walk at 8 a.m. June 8, with packet pick up beginning at 7 a.m. The cost of the race will be $30 for adults and $15 for children. The price of the ticket will include shirts, timed race and breakfast, and the spectator donation is $10 for breakfast. Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine: 5755 Pennsylvania St. — The seventh annual pilgrimage of Polish truckers and RVs will begin with a Holy Mass in Polish at 12 p.m. June 9. The mass will be followed by the Fatima Devotion, the blessing of the trucks and RVs and a picnic on the shrine grounds. There will also be a competition for “Most Beautiful Truck” around 11:30 a.m., with trophies awarded to top participants.
