Since the trailer first debuted for Elizabeth Banks’ very loosely based-on-a-true-story, the R-rated comedy “Cocaine Bear” has stoked a rabid zeitgeist. At a time when much in Hollywood can feel prepackaged, the makers of this film think it can be an untamed exception.
