Cook County circuit court Clerk Iris Martinez says her accomplishments — updating technology, addressing backlogged expungement requests, establishing a domestic violence survivor center — have earned her a second term. Her March 19 Democratic primary challenger Mariyana Spyropoulos claims the office is mismanaged and that as an attorney, she is better suited to run it.
