Eight-year-old Cooper Roberts, paralyzed in the Highland Park parade shooting, no longer needs a feeding tube or IV for pain medication. He also recently received a visit from former NFL star Ryan Shazier, who learned to walk again after suffering a spinal cord injury in 2017.
