Outgoing Elk Grove Township Elementary District 59 Superintendent Art Fessler is set to get a new job at the Mount Prospect-based Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization. The arrangement would allow him to work the 170 remaining days he needs to get a full pension, district officials say.
