Elgin hip-hop artist Andrew Moore is releasing a new collection of songs called “If You Saw Me At My Lowest” on June 4. The first single, “Bad Habits,” was released Friday. The largely autobiographical release touches on themes like substance abuse and suicide, but also on the success that comes from 10 years of hard work as a local musician.
