Elgin Police Chief Ana Lalley addressed the three recent gunfire incidents in the city during her weekly radio show Friday. She said the department is relying on residents to be cooperative during the investigations of those incidents. If there is no camera footage, and no one says they saw anything, those incidents, and others like them, will most likely go unsolved.
