Director Emerald Fennell leans heavily into class dynamics in “Saltburn,” about an Oxford freshman Oliver (Barry Keoghan) on scholarship, feeling out of his league who is befriended by aristocratic golden boy Felix (Jacob Elordi). Though sleek and cleverly written, Fennell also goes for the shock value.
