As noted, this offer has a different structure than most of the bet and gets across the sports betting space. Namely, this offer requires daily opt-ins to fulfill. That can be advantageous as you can still opt-in and get some bonus bets even if you forget to opt-in one day, as we’ll show below.
Day 1: You opt-in and place a cash wager of $100 on the Bills to cover the +4.5 spread (-108) against the Panthers. With a win, you’d get $92.59 in profit and keep your cash stake. Win or lose, you’d get $100 in bonus bets at the end of the day.
