Chip Brooks, owner of the Hey Nonny music venue and restaurant, fears the Bears’ proposed $5 billion mixed-use redevelopment of Arlington Park could detract from downtown Arlington Heights. “I’m not worried about Sundays in October. We’re worried about Tuesdays in March,” he said.
