Officials were called to a fire at a school overnight on the Northwest Side in the Dunning neighborhood, Chicago police said.
Shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday, police and fire officials were summoned to a fire at Chicago Academy located in the 3400 block of North Austin Avenue, police said.
Officials extinguished a fire on the third floor of the school that was closed at the time the fire broke out and no injuries were reported.
The Chicago Fire Department was investigating.
