Former Chicago Fire striker Kacper Przybylko and his wife, Kinga, on Tuesday placed their four-bedroom, 4,779-square-foot house in Orland Park on the market for $689,900.
Przybylko, 31, was traded by the Philadelphia Union to the Fire in early 2022 and played for the team for two years before returning to Europe in February and signing a deal with a Swiss soccer club.
In Orland Park, Przybylko and his wife paid $635,000 in 2022 for their 11-room house. Built in 1993, the center-entry brick house is in Orland Park’s Countryside subdivision. The house has 2½ bathrooms, oak floors, two fireplaces and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, granite countertops and an island.
The home also has a primary bedroom suite with double sinks, quartz countertops and a vessel vanity, while the walkout lower level has a wet bar and a playroom.
Outside on the 0.3-acre fenced property are a two-story deck and a patio.
Listing agent Darrell Scott declined to comment about the listing.
The house had a $11,401 property tax bill in the 2022 tax year.
