Former Chicago Fire player Kacper Przybylko sells Orland Park home for $680,000

Former Chicago Fire striker Kacper Przybylko and his wife, Kinga, in June sold their four-bedroom, 4,779-square-foot house in Orland Park for $680,000.

Przybylko, 31, played for the Fire for two years before returning to Europe in February and signing a deal with a Swiss soccer club.

In Orland Park, Przybylko and his wife paid $635,000 in 2022 for their 11-room house. Built in 1993, the center-entry brick house is in the Countryside subdivision. The house has 2 1/2 bathrooms, oak floors, two fireplaces, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, granite countertops and an island.

The home also has a primary bedroom suite with double sinks, quartz countertops and a vessel vanity, while the walkout lower level has a wet bar and a playroom.

Outside on the 0.3-acre fenced property are a two-story deck and a patio.

The Przybylkos first listed the house on April 9 for $689,900. It went under contract just 10 days later, and the home sold in early June.

Listing agent Darrell Scott declined to comment to Elite Street on the listing.

The house had a $15,015 property tax bill in the 2023 tax year.
