We first meet the intriguing heroine of “Anaïs in Love,” appropriately enough, when she’s rushing, but it’s not clear to where. Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet, the film’s director and screenwriter, has crafted a portrait of a maddeningly headstrong yet aimless woman who’s obsessed with finding love.
