On Tuesday morning, Rolling Meadows High School sophomore Kate Foley was on her way to the airport listening to U2 and its lead singer Bono. By Tuesday night, she was on a bus with him to the U.S. Capitol for the State of the Union address — both, special guests of first lady Jill Biden.
