With COVID-19 cases surging in Kane County, the Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin has decided to close all their buildings starting Friday. They’ll remain closed until at least Dec. 13. Other services, including drive-up service at the main and Rakow branches and curbside in South Elgin, will still be available.
