Fifteen of the Daily Herald’s top 20 girls basketball teams, including the top three — Benet, Fremd and Waubonsie Valley — will participate in Saturday and Monday’s 35th annual Coach Kipp’s Hoopsfest in Lyons Township and Lisle.
