Wheat for Dec.was gained 1.50 cents at $7.0575 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 8.50 cents at 5.2550 a bushel, Dec. oats advanced 25 cents at $5.5775 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans rose 8.75 cents at $12.8275 a bushel. Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle rose .82 cent at $1.2327 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle was off .05 cent at $1.5480 a pound; while Oct. lean hogs fell .52 cent at $.8385 a pound.
