CHICAGO (AP) – Grain futures were lower on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for May lost 49.25 cents at $10.04 a bushel; May corn fell 32 cents at $7.1350 a bushel; May oats was off 23.75 cents at $7.1950 a bushel; while May soybeans declined 53.25 cents at $16.2925 a bushel. Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Apr. live cattle rose .53 cent at $1.4080 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle was up .47 cent at $1.5682 a pound; Apr. lean hogs fell 2.10 cents at $1.0580 a pound.
