It’s OK not to be OK. The Dadabo family of Gurnee understands that all too well. In March 2020, James Dadabo, the youngest of four boys, died at the age of 26. In his memory, the family is hosting the James Dadabo Memorial Run on Saturday, Sept. 18, at the Des Plaines River Trail in Gurnee to raise funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Registration ends Sept. 17.
